Peter and the Wolf

A Spring Ballet Celebration

Congratulations to those students who auditioned and were selected to perform this year’s Spring Ballet, “Peter and the Wolf.”

Peter and the Wolf is a playful musical fairytale about a brave young boy who outsmarts a hungry wolf with courage and clever thinking. Along the way, Peter is joined by his animal friends—each brought to life through music and dance.

Composed in 1936 by Sergei Prokofiev, the ballet used different orchestra instruments to represent each character, making it a fun and engaging introduction to classical music and dance for audiences of all ages.
